Terms of Sales :
Presentation: The hotelier has the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent or neglected, customers with noisy or incorrect behavior, customers whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.
Reception: The reception is open from 8:00 am. The time limit for our arrivals is 7:00 p.m. The reception is closed at 20:00 at the latest.
Payment: The entire stay and our services (room + breakfast + tourist tax) or the balance of the stay is payable on arrival. Only one method of payment per invoice. We ask everyone staying at our establishment to show proof of identity.
In the event of interruption of the stay or cancellation of the stay : No refund will be made. Delays on arrival or early departures can in no case give rise to reimbursement.
Reservation confirmation: A reservation confirmation with a summary of the reserved room, services, dates of stay and conditions of sale is sent to you directly by email after your reservation as well as a reservation number.
Tourist tax: not included in the price of the reservation, is in force in the municipality. It is payable on the spot. 0.99 euros including tax per day per person except exemption for minors
Continental breakfast: not included in the price of the room, it is payable locally and non-refundable. 11 euros including tax per day per person
Private parking : not included in the price of the room, it is payable on site and non-refundable 8 euros including tax per day per room, one location per room
Additional child bed : available only on reservation, 20 euros including tax per night
Wirelessfree available in your room or in our common areas, the code is displayed in your room and at reception
Access to rooms: The infrastructure of our hotel does not allow access to people with reduced mobility. Presence of steps without elevator.
Prohibitions: We remind you that the smoking ban has been in effect in all public places since January 2, 2008.
The rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 11:00 a.m. as well as your parking space. Attention in case of departure beyond this time, an increase of 120 euros will be invoiced. In addition, your room is planned for a determined number of people, to ensure the security rules of the hotel, you must not under any circumstances accommodate additional people.
Animals : We do not accept our animal friends in our establishment.
Tourism and Travel Mediator:In case of litigation, you have the possibility of depositing a letter of complaint at the reception of the hotel, this letter will be transmitted to the person in charge.
In the event of non-resolution of the dispute, the customer can contact the MTV (Travel Tourism Mediation): www.mtv.travel.
The customer acknowledges having read and accepts the general conditions of sale listed above. In the event of non-compliance by the customer with one of these provisions, the hotelier will be obliged to invite the customer to leave the establishment without any compensation.
