Services and Internal Regulations

Customer reception and departures:  

Room keys: the keys will be given to you upon your arrival

Arrival : Your arrival can be from 1:00 p.m., you can contact reception to request early arrival.

Departure : Your departure must take place before 11:00 a.m.

When you leave, you must also vacate your parking space.

Communications from your room : you can reach reception during opening hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. by dialing number 9. You can also call the emergency numbers if necessary (numbers displayed in your room).

Board games : games are available on request at reception.

Equipment available to customers on request at reception :

Baby equipment : a high chair, a bottle warmer, a changing mat are available to you if needed, free of charge.

Baby and child beds are available by reservation only.

Accessories : First aid kit, shaving kits, dental kits, sewing kits, electrical adapters, etc. are available on request at reception.

Newspapers : Newspapers are available free of charge at reception.

Wake-up service : A wake-up service is available upon request at reception.

Hygiene rules : - Only the customer who has reserved and paid for their room will be able to enter, no rooms will be visited in order to respect strict hygiene measures.

Air conditioning:Following health recommendations, your air conditioning and fan must be turned off.

Furthermore, you must not touch the air conditioning settings. If you do not comply with this rule, you will block the air conditioning which has been previously adjusted by a technician. This damage will be subject to a charge.

 

Complete cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms and common areas with enhanced cleaning of handles, switches, room keys and reception door.

Concerned about the well-being and health safety of our staff and customers, we have always required strict hygiene and safety measures in our establishment. These measures have been increased to the maximum in accordance with the new government health and safety standards protocols to combat COVID-19.

Hotel Staff : Our staff has been trainedto disinfection techniques and sustainable development techniques.

The Ambeille Hotel is implementing ecological initiatives for sustainable development. Ecological initiatives are the best practices implemented by our hotel to be more respectful of the environment (measures to reduce water consumption, selective sorting of waste, etc.).

The primary goal of sustainable development is to minimize the environmental impact of our hotel by reducing unnecessary energy consumption, supporting the use of renewable energy, and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, with the aim of changing the course of global warming.

While it's true that no single hotel can change the course of global warming, every little bit helps. Sustainable development should therefore not be just a trend, but the true modus operandi of hotels in today's market.

Our staff are thus trained in good sustainable development practices.

We encourage you, if you wish, to participate in these initiatives. To do so, you will find information and informative posters in your rooms.


General conditions of sale:

Presentation: The hotelier has the freedom to refuse to receive customers whose attire is indecent or careless, customers who behave in a noisy or inappropriate manner, or customers whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order.

Reception: Reception is open from 7:30 a.m. Our last check-in time is 8:00 p.m.

Reception closes at 8:00 p.m. at the latest.

Payment: The entire stay and our services (room + breakfast + tourist tax) or the balance of the stay is payable upon arrival. Only one payment method per invoice. We ask everyone staying at our establishment to present proof of identity.

35% of the stay will be charged by VAD credit card when you make your reservation, regardless of the length of the stay; this deposit is non-refundable.

In the event of interruption or cancellation of the stay : No refund will be made. Delays in arrival or early departure cannot give rise to a refund under any circumstances.

Booking confirmation : A booking confirmation with a summary of the room booked, services, dates of stay and conditions of sale is sent to you directly by email after your booking, along with a booking number.

Tourist tax: not included in the booking price, is effective as of 01/01/2025 in the municipality. It is payable on site at 2.29 euros including tax per day per person, except for exemptions for minors.

Continental breakfast:Not included in the room rate, it is payable on site and is non-refundable. 14 euros including tax per day per person, except for promotional offers for free breakfast. It is not necessary to reserve your breakfast when making your reservation.

FREE private parking : one space per room

Additional child bed : available by reservation only, 20 euros including tax per night

Free Wi-Fi available in your room or in our common areas, the code is displayed in your room and at reception

Room Access: Our hotel's infrastructure does not allow access for people with reduced mobility. There are steps and no elevator.

Prohibitions: We remind you that the smoking ban has been in effect in all public places since January 2, 2008.

Rooms are available from noon and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m., as well as your parking space. Please note that if you check out after this time, a surcharge of 100 euros will be charged. In addition, your room is designed for a specific number of people; to ensure the hotel's safety regulations, you should not accommodate additional people under any circumstances.

Animals : We do not accept our animal friends in our establishment.

Tourism and Travel Mediator: In the event of a dispute, you have the option of submitting a letter of complaint to the hotel reception; this letter will be forwarded to the manager.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, the customer can contact MTV (Tourism and Travel Mediation): www.mtv.travel.

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale listed above. In the event of non-compliance by the customer with any of these provisions, the hotelier will be obliged to ask the customer to leave the establishment, without any compensation.
